Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Third grade institute. Not paid us last 3 months salary. At last 9 faculties including me left the institute. Level of shamelessness is that they demanded money from us at the time of leaving college by giving stupid excuse of notice period. Not recommend anyone to work here.

Everything. We worked 3 months in hope of salary but they stabbed us.

I am student of mechanical eng at hjd clg there is nothing in the clg no practical at laboratory all machine are old failure they only want is complete uniform they doesn't matter how you study how you do your exam no new things is there and placement there is not good placement.there are only studying all technology no improvment in it .

Dislikes

Enviroment is good but we are going to clg for best placement job which is not there.
