Such a fake company with full of fake management.No training material nothing, here your manager will judge from the starting day. Specially my manager doesn't have leadership skill, no team work skill, no .idea how to assighn work and do in a smooth manner. Still just because she is owners daughter that doesn't mean everone will become slave and work under her , without capability and experience she got managerial position. Just good communication is not sufficient to become team leader. No job security No HR's support- here HR & senior Hr will fully go in accordance with what she wants because eventually she is owner's daughter. Without ignoring employees efforts and progress. This is not in case that i left the job but you didn't deserves a positive mindset and hardworking people in your team. You deserves slave who can sit and stand according to you. Remember- This company can destroy someone's career by firing employees anytime

Worst place to work they lie to client they lie to developers threaten them they have camera installed all over the place and will listen to your private conversation.The organisation only think of themselves they are biased if you want to spoil your future you can work here not only you will get paid less you won't be able to learn anything here because they don't have any projects so it's a waste of time.

Secured Job, You get to work in different projects and gain a lot of knowledge and experience. Senior management is setting a very good example of inclusion and all round growth of individuals.

1. Friendly, often relaxed atmosphere. 2. No one is ever too busy to help out each other. 3. Employees are encouraged to undertake further training to benefit their careers. 4. Flexible working hours with the option to work from home in certain situations. 5. Open & transparent working environment.
