Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This computer is fraud don't trust . firstly they provide you work after submitting registration fee and when you complete your work they again demand to submit 2350 rupees and say if u pay this then we will pay you !! Hitech solution company Shridi Sai Baba mandir indiranagar banglore.

The company will teach you everything from software development to sales and marketing. It will make you feel involved in every department and thus you will have an overall development of skills.

Dislikes

The work pressure is a bit high but anyone willing to put effort and time wont face any problems.
