Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Directionless, cross-functional leadership is clueless about digitization and intentionally discourages any up-gradation to not be transparent in data analytics.

Likes

Overall a good experience.. Very traditional work culture of doing aarti in morning and meditation. All Saturdays and sundays are off. Plus you get another 40leaves (PL + CL +SL) and that is one of the good reasons.

Dislikes

Can not believe any of the supervisor or immediate boss.. you may never know when he will backstab. Very high level of politics is played inside the organisation, you need to be very smart enough to survive. People get targetted here is organisation, and if it's you just start looking for another job. There are chances that you may get terminated at any point of time with any silly reason. No job security at all... You can not live freely inside office, you will always be as frighten to someone. And there are always two eyes watching you.😅

It was really challenging environment and I got lots of exposure and learning . It sharpened my working skills and gave exposure to work under pressure and deliver within set deadlines

Dislikes

There was nothing negative, except for lower compensation
