Salary was not deducted if you exceed your yearly leaves & the reason behind it was they were not providing enough salary. It's fine for fresher to get experience.

Dislikes

1) Salary date is 10th of every month & in starting period there was always delay to credit it. We have to fight for it to resolve this issue. Also they were not crediting PF on every month basis 2)No management, You will not get proper, timely response from HR on your query 3)Don't expect for increment 4)They don't have lot of projects. 5) You will not get any bonus, Insurance from them 6)There are no learning program to emprove engineer's skill 7) After leaving company you need to wait long for your F&F settlement. In my case I was taking followup for 8 months for my leave encashment.

Biggest project handle by Hitech Informatics So technical growth is very good in this company but sallery package not good.

HR not help properly I have mailed everyday but day to day delayed by Hitech Informatics HR end.

...g in this company.. I am a b.tech Holdr but here my salary 8000 last too 1 year. nothing is increas here not salary structure, not skills not , nothing company environment. They doesn't support to there employees they doesn't give chance our employees not to promote in initially. And according to covid-19 they nothing do our employees.

It was good working for the company. Salary was fine, however appraisal was not that good but it’s okay.It was a good time tho I learned with my peers to handle a client well and also escalations, and participated in various on site activities. Breakfast was free on site.

I was forced to abscond from previous company as I wasn’t able to serve the notice period there due to offer letter given and immediate joining which was compensated with my experience where I had lesser years of working than required. Canteen food coupon was given but at a higher cost than my last company. Appraisal was low. No Insurance given which proved disadvantageous for me as during my last working days I was diagnosed with infection and had to be operated where I needed to throw in my hard earned savings in cash as mediclaim insurance was not there in my CTC.

No bonus, in covid zero facilities given by company, its been 3 year and only 1 time they gave increment only 500 rs, no leave policy if leave lapse you will never get even Your PL salary. For leave if you take more than 2 days leave then provide a backup engineer in behalf of you otherwise leave not accepted, this policy is so bad
