The Design and Development manager of is good. Office Timing 10AM-7PM

Dislikes

...ny. Every workload handed over to R&D. Working Instrument not available in Time. Salary were credited within 2-3 months which is worst things for every employee. Duty hour is 10-7PM. But some times we have to work till 8 or 9PM. Worst company in my career.

I like only the advance salary, PF & ESI facilities provided by the company

Dislikes

I dislike some things in HEPL such as Low salary only for assistants & Executives (Not for Managers & Senior post employees), not good relations betweeen directors & workers due to HR (my dislikes were the time period of 2013 to 2015 not for the current time), i also dislike the only half an hour lunch between the nine hours of working time etc
