Company do the standard business, where detailed engg will not be performed on project basis. So, learning new things is really a challenging task in my organization.

Dislikes

Salary and HR policy. There is huge diff between salaries which leading to de motivation to work with.

It's nice to share my experience to work with Hitachi Zosen Qatar it because every body well equal and have good accommodation and also fair to bout every nationality that hired for.

Dislikes

I like to work with Hitachi because every body are all trained and my dislike if not needed make sure they will hired the person and make sure that the person work properly will not remove early.

I like to be here for long time but unfortunately company going to demobilisation of employees so the mean time I don't things so here I ll be for upto long time. But overall I had very nice experience to work with hitz and would like to work further again & again. I am pleased to be part of hitz.
