More than 2 years ago but still no any update regarding appraisal and increment. 5. Work load balancing issue. 6. I suggest - do not join as a Hitachi employee site engineer. 7. Nothing is good about this company bad management.

Dislikes

Everything no night allowance, we are working on holiday no compoff or double pay, weekoff should be 8 we get 5, we can’t take leave, we 4 work in 3 shifts if one is on weekoff other is on leave then other 2 are forced to do double shift with no pay. Hire for Security analyst but still waiting for work we are forced to do data entry job at client site team need at-least 6-7 L1 but we are 4 . Please don’t join. Just on name of Hitachi
