No personal and professional growth not provide any kind of training. Appraisal and increment provided very less total max increment is 1000 rs per annum. Manager behaviour is very rood it's like a sarkari officer.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Salary on time but deducted by 10% in COVID. no HR policies . Bad management no policy based company. Lala type .

For freshers this is good company but experience professional this is worst company,they have very small customer nothing to learn.they dint have enterprises level customer. Management mind set is still like a lala type. ex Satish kaul (VP with reference). he don't know how to manage people and how talk. Totally uneducated and unprofessional . He have poty mouthed.Threaten the employee for jobs. U can't raised voice against him . people like this ,els HR will fire u.

Everything thing is good and excellent in company, only expectations are to hard work for company growth, Salary on time, manages and management key members are very supportive, they give full salary even the employee is on leave due to Corona, no salary and leave deduction.

Few Employees left the company, due to inefficiency and publishing fake reviews for company, managers and management without any proof. Only my request with those people, Please treat this company like family and show your efficiency on personal and professional ground. My request to please grown-up......
