...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I have working with Hitachi india limited WDFC project in new rewari to New makarpura 31 stations and 135 ALH with auto section completed except 3 station 10 ALH.

I have been working at Ansaldo less than a year.It is a place where you can build a long term career, and work on amazing technologies.The people are great here;engaged ;friendly; and professional.work life is balance is excellent.

Dislikes

In this company learning skill is poor and growth is also slow .company didn't provide proper training for fresher .and there is no pacific time table for work.I have to work 12 hr in a day as i have to attend client call in evening and sometime in mid night also.The senior staff and team member dont guide them step by step which is painful sometimes. If you want to learn further language senior staff couldn't get permitted to you.The medical facility is very worst i never seen before like that one.

One thing I like most is his job security is good and secure .

Dislikes

I dislike about working is there is not soo much senior staff who will not communicate each other & not well technical skills .and second thing there is poor training system and thirdly there is a poor management system and last one things in this company there is lots of politics play and this company give didn't chances for talented people. Leave policy is very poor if you apply for leave then T&L & manager remember you leave policy which is not mention anywhere or not told to be hr while joining time .
