Abot my ex team WLA :Work load is more and salary is less. No further opportunities. No Salary Increment. No leave are given in case of any kind of emergency. No parking is available for those people who comes after 11.00 am . Cantine food is worst. managers are very interested about your personal life. The manager keeps his tipper behind you. And so on

...ure. Teammates are supportive and the management and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Managers are well supportive talks and behaves friendly you just have to achieve your target no one will say anything to you

Salary is not good enough most of the time they to extend your shift for support in absence of your colleagues

...ues and all are very close & open. Very good when it comes to work environment.. the only thing is pay scale is low.. and need to consider for revision.. overall I love the company & people over here.
