Almost Negligible increments. No bonus, no gifts or appreciation on festivals. There is no culture to motivate employees through team activites, dinner, party and all. Poor infrastructure. The budget is low that employee hardly get basic things like mouse, headphones, etc. Company forces employees to work from office, they are not concern of the output and efficiency just want their employees to come to office everyday. It's 6 days working.

Company is good for fresher or those who wanted to learn new things. Salary will credit on time.other Employees will help new people for learning the process.

Abot my ex team WLA :Work load is more and salary is less. No further opportunities. No Salary Increment. No leave are given in case of any kind of emergency. No parking is available for those people who comes after 11.00 am . Cantine food is worst. managers are very interested about your personal life. The manager keeps his tipper behind you. And so on

- Job security is a big question as and when according to management requirements without any reason push to leave - More freedom required to show individuals capability and expertise

One is surely going to get a better compensation among all the payment processor companies in India, exposure to working with offshore clients and with the biggest PSU bank in India (SBI) as they have a JV with SBI Bank (SBI PSPL)

Dislikes

Too much greed I think they want to become a payment processor for all the banks i believe even though the workforce is just enough for catering to only SBI. Management is not good basically and they haven't been able to make a smooth and seamless addition to their ATM switch processor stack and the team cannot handle the card & digital portfolio well, Hitachi (HPY) has 30+ companies in India, in most of these companies the attrition rate are very high, esp in HPY Payment services and my HPY microclinic, the working culture isn't good.

... New challenges in field to manage customers and work. Teammates are supportive. No appraisal, salary hike and bonus received for this year due to Covid pandemic. While we all are working as Same as before pandemic.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow. Salary is not as expected as work. Salary hike is Nil. Bonus not received. Account department detects clear travel claim and DA.
