☺️Fresher & experience are same this company. I have 5 year experience in Quality Inspector but my salary is only 11000 pr month . 2. Issues total workers r contract base no any on roll fresher & experience holder.🤗

...ague come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. Compensation also very good there.

Dislikes

Main thing is that work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14- 20 hour's straight in a day. A big mistake there is no on job training for fresher.

Comoensation is decent, but growth is terrible. Work culture is governmental. Mostly, work is 14-18 hours daily and late into nights. Managers do not value strengths, which lis why everyone have to keep back there suggestions always. No one recieves appreciation and always go unnoticed. Also, there is no knowledge transfer from senior folks, hence step by step guidance is looked from shopfloor.
