Work from home facities are there with approvals.

Dislikes

Inappropriate salary benchmarks from the management. Irrelevant reasons for not giving hikes on time. Management just care about the company's progress and not of the employee. No extra benefits. No Gym, no extra curricular, just work and go home. If you have a another option, prefer that.

...a to digital service and after that they stop giving you appraisal or promotion. Sometime they don't credite salary also. Whoever joining join in your risk. Bad work culture. Bad package

...f the Sap projects there will be too much work here ..with no work life balance. Here some people pretend to work for rewards and recognition like donkey for just a good bonus....For Indian holidays leaves need to be taken bcz that's not client holidays....for project holidays..we need to work bcz that day won't be Hitachi holidays..client is God for HV. Overall company is a factory were robots work.
