Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

...actually followed in every team. Projects are Good. You can learn lot of things. Pay for performance. If you are having solution mindset and willing to give your 100% then Management will take care of your other needs. Mediclaim team is really good and gives support during critical time.

Dislikes

Pay was really less. Being a service based company i was making less than 50k in hand salary per month when i first started. Whereas at the same time my friends who were in startups were getting upwards of 1.5L per month so i think compensation could have been better.

Work from home facities are there with approvals.

Dislikes

Inappropriate salary benchmarks from the management. Irrelevant reasons for not giving hikes on time. Management just care about the company's progress and not of the employee. No extra benefits. No Gym, no extra curricular, just work and go home. If you have a another option, prefer that.
