Not been through any appraisal cycles yet. All inter-city and state office travels are reimbursed by the company. Not much of learning as you are posted in a remote branch & work independently. Work environment is friendly provided you are ready to work with blue-collared employees.

...r 7 months . The team members were very helpful and also BM was a very good guy. Salary structure is low but it's come on time. If you want to work in low salary scale you can join there.

No work life balance. Older technologies . No further growth . Few peoples are always on a mood of work politics . If you don't have any other options only then go and work there.

...anager. know how to get work done but do not know how to serve their employees. I served in the same location for 5 years but neither my salary increased nor my position increased in 5 years. It feels sad when you don't get anything from the company after spending a long time.

The company had flexible timing so people traveling from far didn’t face much issues

Dislikes

They hire on third party pay toll for finance and the company absorbs you after a very long time in fact some times they don’t in spite of you performing at most.
