There is a lot of politics and biased about religion,caste,language and racism !!!! ... Especially if your telgite more preference is given and they SELECT ememployees in interview based on whether your Telugu or other languages and they don't encourage other languages expect telugu !!!!!! People who has good talent please don't join here bcoz even they encourage good performance based on as per above categories!! Manager ( telgite) is big double gamer between employees and create misunderstanding between them and coming to employees (telgite) they're big gossip queens and king and they will damage other caste employees and form a telugu group which is more disgusting thing about this company!!!! It's not career oriented place at all. Totally no life and simply waste !! Just bcoz to give review I can't lie by saying something good about this company.. Sorry !! Truth always bitters ...

Over all worst company!!! employees can't expect work life balance. Growth is 0% over here they only give pressure to employees to complete work like dum. Manager won't appreciate for employees achievement and performance!!! Manager always make misunderstanding between employees and play chip game. If employees is productive, manager say that's only bcoz of luck not had work!! This kind of stupidity can happen to other language employees not to Telugu one. If Telugu employees do good performance this Telugu manager appreciate and take to lunch. Totally partiality and discrimination happen according to language, colour,culture etc in this company.
