Likes

Owner is friendly and colleges are friendly,environment and company has client with. Is big names.

Dislikes

Owner is little bit unprofessional, no form filling at joining, no one has complete knowledge of whole operations in the firm. Provoked to leave organisation at initial days by owner itself. Office is too small and you will be surprise to see that in 8+ yrs company has only 6 employees out of which 2-3 have joined just 6 months back. Another thing is internal politics. Note: think well before joining this company as if you just want to work in consultancy then this is not a good place as you will be ask to leave.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
