Company is shit , doesn't pay employees if target is not achieved, completely micromanaged staff and no privacy. U can't even share anything over there. I would never recommend this company. Working hrs for each employee is different, everything is very different and biased towards existing employees.very toxic company

Cons Interns gets salary after 2 months of completing the internship Note: Salary depends totally on target basis The company actually harasses the interns by not giving them the salary. A strict timerule.. you can not even speak to your colleagues for a minute either not receive any calls from anyone not even your parents. Shift timings: morning 9 am to 7 pm Sometimes if the day target is not achieved he tells the intern to wait and complete the thing and then leave even if it's 10 pm. Note : All the reviews are from the interns personal account and if we refuse the ceo threatens to not give the salary. If you get even 2 mins late at the workplace the ceo marks half day and extends the internship duration by 3 days(no extra pay) The ceo (Rajesh Biyani) abuses colleague in front of whole office.. I've literally seen many of girls cry and leave the workplace. Colleagues have even filed FIR against him thrice. There's no point of working with hire glocal it's just a waste of time. The ceo is fraud and he claims he's an All India Ranker 13 CA & CS but it's a lie. This is my personal experience I wanted to share with everyone of you!

Company is shit, very disappointing experience,they constantly insult and humiliate new joinees and that's the reason why nobody stays for more than a week even old employees don't stay and the founder herself encourages this behaviour they don't even pay if targets are not achieved,, there's a lot of micro management and especially the worst human of them all is Ranjana she's utter rubbish and most toxic of all

All of them are toxic but the one who is at the top ois Ranjana Surthi if any new joinee is joining dont even spare a second talking to her she's most mannerless and talentless human ever who is a perfect workplace bully

Worst work culture and employees behaviour with new joinees especially Ranjana,Akansha and Iqra who are filthy people and even founder support their behaviour no new joinee stays for more than a week even old employees leave this company extremely toxic environment
