...hiranmayee energy for 8 months.This plant totally shut down since after project.There is no proper work culture,salary are not paid proper time,poor management and there is no job security .The HR management also does not fullfil whatever promises given to us.The main problem is ,they deduct salary many ways like bus charge,safety equipment charge,room rent etc. So I request to all engineers who are want to join this company that do not spoil your career.This is the worst company

salary not coming properly,poor management,plant shut down since project,coal shortage,missbehave with staff
