Worst than worst company. No policy HR is also 3rd class. Don't join here. They are like machine without emotions. They will treat you like a labour. Store manager is really worst than worst manager.

1.company should give Diwali greetings/gift for every employee. 2. employee must get pay for the leaves which are left at year end as is lead to motivation for individual to work more for an organisation. 3. Minimum criteria for monetary increment to be fix at the time of get any any of appraisals or promotions.
