Firstly in my joining time its innovative paltform and better quality provide our customers and also salary satisfaction. good training provide in positive environment and give opportunity improving my skills and experience .and gaining technical knowledge Chinese person.

In present time ,the company has no source of earning but the employer is being the best efforts for continuing the company growth.

This is flexible for learning and grow to our future because it is a manufacturing PCB assemblies and assemblies, testing of mobile phone so we grow our knowledge in all aspect and its opportunity to grow knowledge in all assemblies to packing and dispatch of mobile phone.

In this factory there no stability of any employees. Many time salary issues comes from all employees because many time detect salary and not come on time.

Salary is good. There are many things a fresher can learn from here.

Those who are appointed for 8 hours job are informed by HR that they might have to work for 12 hours a day if the production demand is high but not regularly. But after joining they make work for 12 hours regularly and they don't give any payment for the extra hours of working. The labour who work there have to work 12 hours regularly and they get the overtime payment. But in the end of the month the salary of both the labour and the 8 hours job men comes out to be equal. You can understand what I am saying. The attractive salary you get offered here for 8 hours job is the same salary that a labour gets there for working 12 hours and so they make an 8 hour job man work for 12 hours.

They do not follow labour laws. As a GET I was required to work for 12-14 hours without any overtime pay, whereas my counterpart seniors working on same position were paid 2 times their regular working hours for OT. Not a suitable place for engineers, they'll litreally treat you like labours. With all arrogance and rude behaviour. I had to approach legally to get my final settlement amount upon resignation from the organisation
