Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Work environment and culture is very good. Management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. They are providing WFH option for our safety. Personal and professional vice all members are great.

Not recommended to work if you are an experienced. Need to grow more on management wise Worst policies. No employee benefits. Even HR need to know more about standard HR related topics.
