In this organization no any company policy, leave policy, POSH policy but in there own owner has hares to worker, actually this is not a company this is the backdoor job. in this owner give work as employee form many company like tata ,Infosys, EY and hire the mostly girls for work not boys and harass the girls. this man 16 years of experience and they hire fresher girls to work. its not possible to fresher to make 16 years complicated work and after that if girls make small mistake then he was shouting on the girls. Please fresher girls before the join think about Time and Your mental peace, and once ask Previous employees first before the join.
