There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't solve our issues .and also I had a problem related to salary issues.

No job security. 11 hour long duty everyday. If u take a holiday, your salary will be held due to this. No tea break during whole duty. Terrible Managment . Employee are more pressurized by Manager & Tl. Sunday working if u r not working your salary will be deducted. And many more trouble in this company. All policies are fake in this company.
