No job security. 11 hour long duty everyday. If u take a holiday, your salary will be held due to this. No tea break during whole duty. Terrible Managment . Employee are more pressurized by Manager & Tl. Sunday working if u r not working your salary will be deducted. And many more trouble in this company. All policies are fake in this company.

IN this company neither the work culture is good nor is there any set timetable. Salaries are not distributed on time, and there is no provision for regular salary increments. There is a significant amount of office politics in this organization, with on regard for the employee values or reputation. Employees are expected to work from home even after office hours, and in case targets are not met, salaries are withheld and there is no avenue for addressing complains.
