No work-life balance,they treat deputy project officers as garbage. They just give you hopes of a better future and make you work extra hours without pay and then when project is almost done they throw you away. They make you work on holidays too. They just recruited to make sure that the permanent employees can sleep and enjoy and all the work be done by DPO and at last they say you've done nothing. Better not to join as Deputy Project Officer as it doesn't help you grow.

Personnel actuat salary is distributed by Associates company. After that Personnel getting only 20% of actual salary. Not permanent job. No increment. No medical facility for temporary worker. There are No permanent vacancy.

I like working in various ships like INS Nistar, INS Nipun, INS Sindhukirti, Semi Submerged Pantoon, ICG Shaurya, ICG Vajra & repair ships like Nela pertima, Erin, DCI Dredger - 12 & 17, Ocean Jade, ocen Morganite etc

Nyt Shifting Trimmings Who are coming from long distance without any own vehicle Definitely He Suffer after 9.30 pm there is No Service Autos and Buses...

Likes

Good work environment, teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is a huge canteen and cafeteria. Security management is excellent for both workmen and eployees and all contractors also.
