Firstly, I love the way this company treat's its employees. I don't know about others but I myself gained quite good amount of knowledge while working with the company for 2yrs approximately. If we know how to do smart work and be punctual there is a lot one can acquire from the company and I will feel really blesses if I'm offered the chance once again.

Dislikes

Only thing that I dislike is increment of salary. May be that was my first time n the showroom too had quite a number of issues. And hope this won't be the same issue again.

The company is open innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Growth is slow. The work pressure is high and compensation is decent i have to work 10-14 hours in a day all days late into the night

...pany, promotion/ increments depends on the amount of oil you apply to your boss.Pay scale is terribly bad. Has no budget for R&D and innovations.

Career development is completely depended on HR Dept well & wish. No recognition of work.

There is a lot of policies and the management does n't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates and supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria policies are good, appraisals and fair and they give good salary hike and bonus ever year
