Groupism, Very high level of politics everywhere in work, delayed promotion, discrimination, mental torture, harassment. Hardworkers and meritous people are harassed. Those who are masters of politics they get promoted very fast and make life hell for you. Lots of unwritten rules and red tapesism. There is huge stay back after office hours. You are expected to work for 24 hrs even on festivals. Worse company to work for. All of my batchmates have resigned.

...ere. It's a Public Sector Organization derived from Caltex, an American company. salary is credited on time.

...ting. The performance of an employee isn't recognized by the top management. 2. Yearly increment in basic salary is just 3% as per the Govt. Norms. 3. Some departments doesn't have work-life balance, while some departments tend to have a much leisure time. 4. HR department doesn't really care about human resources. 5. Doesn't get an opportunity for international exposure.

No safety for a worker working in hazards and normal area also and know growth in our pay scale.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
