My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). Nothing to say......terrible experience.....worked for 4 month....delayed salary payment by 1 month atleast.....they can do anything.....fraud in salary payment....not providing salary slip to MO, they cut salary on their own way....

I had learn lots of field experience with patient and the timing which is 6h little bit unsatisfied with the salary and the promotion. The reason behind of my resignation was for my higher education so this year I'm going to complete my bachelor's of Trauma Emergency and Disaster management from the institute of Assam Downtown University. ...ive them less than zero stars. Those people will never give promotion to anyone. They also do not give salary on time, keep salary on hold for 4-6 months and even do not give TA for 6 -6 months..They always keep their employees money pending, and because of this, their employees work under compulsion..His work and nature are so bad that in a city like nagpur , he was completely closed down and thrown out within 2days..If a person from a poor family work in that company, he will soon commit suicide..If you have 2 options, you will die hungry or you will work in this company, then please choose die hungry. Because by working in this company, you will be so troubled mentally or financially that you will even die.
