The company has not system / strategy to work and the management doesn't know how to take work with their skilled employee. the higher authority only create a unnecessary pressure on the employee, so that they cant take a leave even for half day.

The work was done with great hard work but what did we get in the end? The owner of the company gave reason without informing and without notice.

...dination. Lack of professionalism. Big difference between their words and deeds. They don’t pay any TA although mentioned in the agreement. HR is even worst. Everytime you call him fot any greviance he says only one thing , “Call GM”. And the GM is a man with 3rd class attitude and personality. No job security. Lala ki dukaan chal rahi hai. Never join HIBL. Never

Overall company is bad in every aspects ,In this company, they promote only those they favor, and this skill is deeply ingrained in the manager here. They only support those they like, but they themselves lack manners entirely. They interfere in everyone's personal lives, and even after office hours, outside the office premises, they act like a big boss. Working in this company will give you stress, you’ll have to listen to insults, and mistakes made by others will be blamed on you after you leave. Even after giving your best effort, only those who flatter the management will get promoted.From the directors to the managers in this company, none of them have the slightest knowledge of how work is actually done; they only know how to impose pressure.The company's culture is worthless, and the senior management doesn't have even a bit of common sense.
