Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. If you are working in Electrical Design Department, then boss here (Yuvraj Patil) is pure idiot. He thinks is the boss. He is basically gavati electrical engineering. He says, he has 16-17 years of experience, but from inside he is null and void. He hails from small town Solapur from Maharashtra. Gavati electrical Engineer. His English is of third grade. He does not even speak politely with clients who provide him service. His definition of seminar of giving seminar is that he will teach you two-three slides and then you have do all the mammoth task that he assigns you. None of the employees under him like to work with him. Everybody hates him for his filthy, stinky, rotten, gavati behaviour. That's it is my opinion on him. Rest is your opinion to join this company or not if you are an Electrical Engineer.
