Good working atmosphere. But management is totally unprofessional. They break all systems and do whatever they want. Training and Development is totally absent. They only show on paper for ISO formalities.

...and unless you have good rapport with top management, your growth is negligible. Salary and Increments are given on pick and choose method.

I am proud as an employee of this company and got a chance to work with qualified and experienced Project Managers and experienced a good engineering. we worked happily as a team.

Some people (manager) are not working and getting a big salary and this is the main cause of company failure

The work pressure is very high, manager do not value an individual unique strength,which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.

Dear Sir, I wanted to share an update about the company. Despite being an old and reputed organization with an amazing work culture, unfortunately in last minute management issues, the company is now under NCLT proceedings and has had to close down. It's been an unexpected situation for all of us"
