...ent depends upon higher authorities,but job security in HCC for s class is safe.salary is dely but they pay when got payment from client. They will not hold salary . company policies are maintained by managers and Pm in every firm ,so in private sector bond relationship with everyone.moreover work culture is good.

Salary is dely and management take action late if any problem like in guest house and food .

The HR policy of the company was best once at a time,,at present the HR culture & action of the main office is very bad for the employees.Also the compensation & benefits has been reduced for the employees in India & abroad.

SAP system, is very excellent. No staff welfare i.e. each staff has to work min. 12 hrs. Only E cadre staff can have any type of snacks whereas others wont get . ie. You can have tea or coffee 3 times.

Dislikes

Several months salary delayed. Old employees like Project Director's level are looting the company but acting as very strict in front of junior staff

Here job is like government's job. No one ask for work. During COVID-19 HCC LTD deducted 5% salary from CTC for one year.

In HCC Ltd maximum manager and executive and upper level engineering staff doing leg pulling in site. and donot give correct report to headquarter.

The company is open to innovation & readily adios latest technogy. There is a vast scope of future growth Learning things. Full facilitates to employees, job security is the major plus point. Company works all over in India with major projects. Maintaining a reputed structure. And at last my collagenous are from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is little bit slow.
