As I work in TGF, Hyderabad green field plant 1. Work culture is worst 2. Office politics is utter worst 3. Hectic work schedule 4. Unplaned work schedule and methods 5. No management support 6. No flexibility in taking Leaves.

Salary structure and entertainment like celebrations are good

Worst work culture. Expect one employee to perform the job of 3. Just want people to work like robots, with no support and guidance. no productivity no positive environment. System is broken as disaster. Only thing matter to them is production qty and company profit.

Even during Covid there were no laid offs and full salary paid to staff

...ng in the company receives benefit similar to the employees who joined recently. May be this could be changed in terms of Grade, salary etc

...l as mentally. I don't think such help and protection will get in other company. In pandemic bussiness got hampered but instead of that employee got salary with incentive . Job security also there but ok ok. Huge scope of career growth and opportunity for all groups of people from low to high management .u will get recognition in terms of promotion salary hike if you do your job well. Such recognition not generally see in other company

Union in operator field which affect productivity and bussiness loss

...very good because what ever date i will be there they treat me as good employee. Though i am not a employee so i am got get any salary from the company. Work environment is also very very nice, any one can love to join in that company as an employee, like i also. I do one project in my training periods. Every employee are too good in there work place, though they are from different background. I wanted to be a part of that company. Thank you for giving me a chance to say about the the company.Thank you again.
