Very good platform for start up career. Out of academic we can learn so many things. Everything based on willingness. Technology wise no one can tell bad about this company. It's a pride of the Nation. Work environment will be nice. 7 AM to 3 PM is an usual working day so we can utilize time very well for other activities also. Here so many people are waiting to identify your extreme skill. They will guide you in real time problems.

As usual politics will be here. They will not provide good pay for trainees. We have to struggle but it will improve the managing ability.

As a graduate apprentice trainee we worked 35 days extra without pay because of lockdown.

There's nothing to dislike. Working in Hal is not my dream job . But it is our best civil and military aircraft construction company.

Permanent employees are sitting & taking full salary but we working hard not getting salary up to them same because we're Contract employe

A company of second raters managed by third raters. Excellent for reservation people and people with servile nature. Cannot meet Chairman of the company as he makes barricades / layers around him, These are called inner layer people who are yes-sir men . These only can go up and not surprising the directors are appointed from these substandard lot only. Outsiders cannot fulfill the criteria laid which is caefully laid to made to suit an individual . No one including the management is interested in the company or its people. Quality of product is substandard as the people it hires , processes and company are not merit driven.

We are joining on contract, because we are trained by HAL as a apprentice technicians so there is very small salary no growth. We have three year works experience at serving SSFDR in integration laboratory which is situated Aerospace & equipment research and design center Avionics division korwa Amethi UP.

We are joined on contact so there is no growth of career are in salary so there is no work-life balanced. There is thousands of students coming for apprentice per year because they have unemployment for this situation go advantage of HAL find a huge manpower free of cast per year so there is no vacancies of technicians, technical assistant and Junior engineer etc.
