...s no work time, you have to be available from 7 in the morning till 12 at night. They have two separate entities, one is HLF and other is HSL, if you are in HLF then salary and appraisals can be expected but for HSL people salary is low and you will never get promotion or raise. Politics is very high and everything in this organisation is manual (no automatic evaluation of performance) so there is a lot of nepotism and your actual performance never materialise into appreciation/Appraisal. I had even informed of unethical practices of processing files with forged OD clearance and forged CIBIL to seniors but everything backfired on me. Apparently seniors know everything. It is unfortunate for such a prestigious group like Hinduja but this organisations management atleast in middle management level is extremely unprofessional and unethical.

Hinduja Leyland Finance is a good company regarding salary and incentives. Work pressure in HLF is almost average. The people who can not manage work pressure can do job easily in HLF.

The system of HLF is very poor. Most of time its server remains down. Getting Promotion and annual increment of salary is little bit hard in HLF.

There is lot of politics,the management on this circumstances not supportive.Appraisal not giving even good performance given.Career growth opportunity is too low.

Very Bad Culture and zero level job security company policies not good for low level employees.There is no value of honesty and hard work.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
