There is nothing to like in this company. And I had never worked the worst company like Hinduja. There is work balance of life. Senoirs are very abusive. There is lot of politics and the managemenr dosen't adress our salary is decent but carreer growth is slow. There is a bond of 6 month before which you cannot resign. On the job tranning is not given to new joinees. And good progress new company

They just pick you for their needs and when need is over you are out of company. Rate is high, Customer are less, Competition is high. Blame will be on you for not achieving targets.

This is the worst company and a person shouldn't join even if he is unemployed. Stay unemployed but do not ever come to this company. You will just nothing but regret
