Nothing. Worst place to work. 3-4% annual increment. No CL/EL/PL. No work, no pay. No medical benefits, no perks. Limited company only in name. Typical Babu culture where you have to stand in front of the MD/Direction and explain why you took the 15rs auto and not 10rs bus. No perks hence no pressure. Run!
