... praised Mumbai Accounts team so much . very slow in their work, don't know why. they doesn't even deserve high salary but this company paying very high salary to Accounts team. there is end less things. politics and politics.. really sad as company is already lose their good assets and still not understanding.

Politics, Bad HR . there is so many things . people who have given 5 star are just fake that is all given by Hr and from their team. so don't believe on same

Some time your head of department does not take responsibility . For which you have to step down for the decision to client and account department work is not in process or it's not in stream line.

Collegues are good to work with..one gets to learn a lotand to work under pressure..

No support from senior management especially the current manager in pune, hr, lot of politics, no good policies for employee benefit..all for company benefit, no proper dividation of work, poor work culture..appraisals are done very late

Work environment is avarage not professional.lack of smart advance technologies,No proper support from the Management to staff in the office relates to the work balance so work life is not professional.
