Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. ... are supportive and the management is transparent . There is no huge cadeteria .Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they cant give good salary hike and bonus an every year

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is not decent but career growth is not increment. There is a bond of 2 yrs before which you cannot resign .On the job training is not given to new joinees
