culture of company is worst, vizag Area manager and cluster are the worst persons in over all company they feel they are the owners and they show their ego and attitudes on wmployees

Company gives good salary package. They giving fabulous training session about products for encouraging knowledge regarding products . Store team except area manager all are supportive.

Dislikes

They commit on interview for 9 hrs of job but area manager makes his own rule for 10 hr job .. Himalaya opticals is only for Bengali not for others this type of mentality is taking by area manager subhendu datta . He openly says that Marathi people are bhikari , Maharashtra is bhikari . When we complaint about that he make you blame regarding false statements like I thief their data of costomers and all. Peoples as senior levels considering Himalaya is their own company they treat like a servent of their own not for Himalaya. Company HO team talk in only in Bengali not in hindi they denied for Hindi then why they opened store outside from Kolkata or Bengal Worst experience in life I will request to viewers if you are Bengali or you know lit bit Bengali then Himalaya for you . Rest of all please do not join them in how or any salary . Also i want to add their HR clear says we not trust on Maharashtrian peoples that's why we apoint a person to watch out on you 😄 Still I thought why I had joined them #regret

Himalaya optical makes a good stuffs 👌 ,I am maximum learning about optical fields from here and they are always supporting.They have job security.

Dislikes

Himalaya optical can not retain it's old trustable stuff. Salary and Carier growth is not very smooth. HR policy is not supporting, always they support only few stuffs who was very closed .But All the director of is very supporting ,only this reason few good stuffs is still working on there.

This is not company.i feel I am working in local optical because there are not any facilities for new employee no bonus no PF no sale insensitive nothing here specially for new employee nd no job security also here

You can learn new things. They are maintain a friendly decoram for staffs and customers. Over all good for work

Dislikes

They add the incentive amount in the salary. So you couldn't get extra income. Its worst. And their increment process is very very bad. Think before join.
