Poor salary, salaries are delayed by months, every time for leaves you have to literally beg before them. The firm is situated at a very secluded place. No shop or eatery available nearby. Even for essential things you have to go around 10 km. Simply, Don’t go there unless you are desperate for a job

Irregular salary Keeps pending till 3-4 months. No salary at the time leaving job without sufficient reasons. No support from top management for right and genuine proposals.
