As a Himadrian, first of all I conclude that the it is environment friendly zone. The cafeteria is huge and serve the best for their employee. The company gives hike every year.

On joing the salary is very low and the hike is very slow.

...he company. No promotion for middle to lower level even if working for 15 years. Only seniors can get high salary and promotion. Close person of top senior can get growth even from lower level. There are huge partiality for works and salary and promotion and has politics.
