It is an instrumentality of state govt deptt and fully governed and controlled by the state govt and wider scope of learn work being of commercial organisation but the account staff has no carrier development for their future in organisation there being a routine job and no further training to the staff to refeeding updates from time to time but as on today being faced no employment the organisation is not bad and the recruitment made by the organisation is not fare as the person intelligent do not get opportunity for enter in deptt

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
