Finance part which is very important was handled by clerical staff which was not having financial background and professional approach during the period I was in job but now it is being managed by persons with financial background. Erratic distribution of civil, electrical and mechanical works among engineers.

The work culture is excellent and all the colleagues are quite supportive and cooperative. Company policies are also transparent and take care of all the caders. One can have lots of opportunities of growth and learning in Hydro Power sector which throws many new and fascinating challenges every day. Our young engineers can prove their mettle by accepting various challenges in this sector.

Dislikes

Being associated with Hydro Power development, our engineers often feel hamstrung due to many obstacles they have to come across while implementing various schemes. Government can introduce necessary changes in the Hydro Power policy time to time with special emphasis to contain time and cost overruns in execution of its projects.

Teammates were good. Training well. Job security excellent. I have worked 14 - 18 hours, even one time for 36 hours continuously. Everything as per rules laid down, nothing was abnormal. For improvement, the sky is the limit let it be any organisation.
