Good teamwork in hotel,high salary payable in hotel of kerala.hilton is provide by pf,life insurance,accomadation,food,etc...but one of the issue no overtime payable in this hotel.daily working hours 9hrs.but working is finishing at 10 to 12 hrs.only duty time provided food.staff selection is shortly.

Not provide accomadation,and only duty time food.working period time is difficult.sometime working hrs 10to 12 hrs.but no overtime payable.

Teammates are very much cooperativa and supportive .. job security is good ... salary structure is very nice with service charges

When politics enters the department it destroys everything .... work life balance gets with up and down

Hilton is my first property where I started my career and I learn everything from here.so I am very thankful to my senior and management.i spent 9 years in this property..this period in my life is memorable. Thanks again 🙏

Staff growth now most of the hospitality are not focus on professional skills pr staff only focus like labour who know only work and stable 12 13 hour per day even they don’t have any education level that is the thing nothing else
