Culture, focus on only numbers, drive like a driver even 300 to 500 kms in a day. Poor salary, they hire you on fake commitment and will give you less information so that you join. HR such as Tanisha dua will give you incomplete details till you join.
1. Culture is good in other countries here also they try to have such culture.
2. Job security
3. Value
Dislikes
1. Lot of salary disparity is there in this company. Freshers will have better salary and better incentive benefits due to their higher base amount(salary/3) Degreee>>>Experience
Even designation also, you will see there is no much of differences. Experienced people are going to suffer who come from normal degree and higher degrees are considered mostly.
2. Promotion will be given to those who are favorites. There are so many people who are working in same role from many years not having any promotional benefits. Very few promotion happens, that too, preferred those who are good with EMTs. Talks>>Efforts
3. Indian management is completely different than global.
3. Most of the developmental roles are in Gurugram only. All other regions will have limited and no cross functional opportunities.
4. Threatening words used by leadership team(VPs) during first call itself. Like tough conversation, you will not be there next year if you don't do this. These are not going to motivate sales employees rather it out them under pressure.
5. They keep very less salary and never care. When employee understand his value and wants to leave they will try to consider and try to equal. Which clearly shows employee till date was being deceived with pay from long time.
Any company that has purpose to grow must be willing to provide equal facilities, promotional opportunities and equal pay and localize few department where candidate can aspire to grow. Even if a candidate is eligible for promotion, other candidates will be given preference just because of favorism. Hope this stops and company works on all these to grow big in India.
Good brand. Gives u all facilities like car, fuel....timely salary....good incentives as well..however..they have started to reduce the incentives in phase manners for the past 2 years.
-It becomes a Banyia company. U will have to face a question on daily basis: how much sales will u do today.
-They have more competition within organisation than outside world.
-They change their working culture and policies frequently...means almost every year.
..., they hire and fire. Also if not on target you get 0% increment even if on 80%.
Salary won’t grow much hence come on good salary and leave in two years as company never retain anyone, no chance of promotion before 5 years. For name they say its FAMILY, in real everyone is behind saving their personal job hence making someone victim by asking to resign.
Good market will make you work here long time or else you will be fired within 1-2 years.
50 percent people are good and the compensation is in industry best.
Dislikes
There is a lot of competition which leads to a bad work life balance. The promotions and growth is based on favoritism and luck. If you get a productive and well performing territory, you achieve your targets and get promoted. In case of dry territory it is very difficult life.
