Company policies are fake not good, at the joining time salary negotiation and you promise salary will be hike after 2 month. That is fake after 4 month salary not to be increased project manager, depty project manager could not coperate. Over all experience is very rude. Policies are fake this company..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not good but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No any vacation, even on government holiday. 5-10% salary deduction as a security purpose. All day working. And sometimes u have to do late night work. Please ask each and every thing that u need to know before joining.

This company improve your skills in all aspects, and you have opportunity to do different kind of site work, public dealing, management etc.

This company doesn't appreciate your hard work, it should be in terms of increment or verbally appreciation.

Here is I'm mechanical engineer. But I have to work as well as mechanical and other works also. There is no fix timing. Now it's lockdown but none of the higher authority don't ask me for how can they help. They are just neutral.

Here is no sensible behaviour in staff. Maximum of people doing things just to save their job. Not everyone working happily. Everyone working just for survival not for happiness. If there will be a happy culture in every company they there will be more work. Because when we are happy we can do more .
