...ithout any reason. He has one of his subordinate who is literally a 'Chamcha'. In this company people doest want according to their designations, and you will only get high perks or pay rise, if you are only a MARWARI because the owner of the company is a Marwari. They dont differentiate people according to work but according to your community.If you are marwari you will have a future or else be their slave. That is what you will get if you work in a company whose owner is himself illierate. Before joining this company please talk to ex-emplyoees get the knowledge and feedback. The mistake that i have done,dont want any other to suffer the same fate.

No pf no mediclaim No personal life No confirmation after provision it will tk long long time. I would not going to recommend anyone no friends or enemy... 3rd class company

There no job security, no work culture, mgt planning is not understandable as job allocated are not properly understandable

Tremendous Pressure on Purchase Department. During Working Hours we called it Dustbin Department due to Any Problem should be solved by purchase department.

Convince to Guwahati TO & FROM on daily basis and one good guest house facilities may improve to enhance the employee satisfaction.
